Session Focus: This program aims to inform attendees about important updates and developments at the National Labor Relations Board

Program

Region 5 of the National Labor Relations Board conducts elections, investigate charges of unfair labor practices, and protects the rights of workers to act together, serving Maryland, the District of Columbia and parts of Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania from their offices in Baltimore and Washington D.C. Regional Director Sean R. Marshall will provide NLRB updates to the group and share developments under the new administration.
