Sexual Harassment – No Easy Answers
The term sexual harassment is applied to a range of workplace events. Faced with reports and complaints, internal HR professionals looking into an incident must interpret the circumstances according to differing standards based on Federal, state, and local law as well as internal policy and collective bargaining agreements. There are also cultural factors and internal politics. The speaker does not offer easy answers to these dilemmas but will instead encourage discussion hopefully leading toward useful guidance and perspective.
