Webinar
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion of Workplace Neutrals
Problems, Solutions and Opportunities
Program
The workplace is ever changing and is comprised of individuals from various sectors of society and demographic backgrounds. However, when it comes to being heard or having a dispute resolved, often the individuals resolving the dispute do not reflect these same demographics. This dynamic has been addressed in other industries like professional sports and big law firms in connection with hiring practice. The presentation will discuss the need for diversity, equity and inclusion among the ranks of workplace neutrals and explore methods for creating the balance.
