Geetha Ravindra, Vice President for Ombuds Services for The McCammon Group, Ltd., has over 30 years of ADR experience in international, federal, and state organizations. She served as in-house Mediator and Ombuds for the International Monetary Fund and the Center for Global Development, and was Director of Workplace Relations for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Geetha is an International Ombuds Association Certified Organizational Ombuds (CO-OP®) and Virginia Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
Julie Weber joined the Brown University community in March, 2020, having spent much of her career focused on helping people navigate their way through conflict in a variety of settings. She is an experienced ombuds and mediator, who also has worked as an employment lawyer, employee relations and compliance manager, and policy specialist. Julie earned an AB from Columbia University and a JD from Boston College Law School. She is also a Certified Organizational Ombuds Practitioner, CO-OP®, by the International Ombudsman Association (IOA).
