The featured speaker for this event is NLRB Region 5 Regional Director Sean Marshall.
The moderator for this discussion is Ann Hodges, Virginia Chapter president and professor of law emerita.
Sean Marshall is the Regional Director for the NLRB’s Region 5 Office. Region 5 includes Maryland, DC, and parts of Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Marshall earned his B.A. with honors from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. After working as an associate at Crowell & Moring LLP, he held various positions at the NLRB prior to being named Regional Director, including: Staff Counsel to Board Member Peter Schaumber; Supervisory Attorney; Regional Attorney; and Acting Director of the Region.
