Will Janus have a cumulative draining effect on organized labor?  Has the High Court laid the foundation for additional rollback of labor rights? Despite predictions of doom, the Supreme Court’s decision in Janus vs AFSCME has not had the momentous impact on organized labor that was expected.  However, the reasoning of the decision creates potential risks for labor relations in the future and suggests that the current Court may be willing to reverse other well-established precedents supporting collective bargaining statutes. The important question… what is really on the horizon?
