The NLRB: An Agency Diminished But Not Defeated
PA CLE Offered (affidavits available to independently claim out-of-state credit).
Brought to you by LERA Philadelphia Chapter
A year into the Trump Administration, the NLRB finally has a restored Board quorum and a confirmed General Counsel, but with alarming staffing deficits and potential budget cuts. We’ll hear host the NLRB Region 4 Director Kim Andrews, union counsel Jonathan Walters (Markowitz Richman), and employer counsel Dan Johns (Cozen O’Connor) for a moderated panel to discuss changes in Board procedures and priorities, challenges to agency resources, and the impacts of these changes on substantive rights, and maybe a few crystal ball predictions.
