Oregon LERA is proud to host a collaborative community conversation about how the Oregon labor-management community and practicing arbitrators can increase the diversity of arbitrator panels. You are invited to watch the following panelists discuss ideas about how to increase the diversity of arbitrators available to decide workplace disputes and grievances. The panelists’ discussion will be followed by a questions and comments period for attendees.

This event will take place via Zoom.

There is no charge to attend this program but you must register.
