The Oregon Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) is the only organization in Oregon that brings labor, management, neutrals, and academics together to improve labor-management relations, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
Meetings
Several times a year, Oregon LERA presents breakfast or lunch programs of interest to the labor-management relations community. The chapter also presents the Public/Private Employment Relations Conference in May of odd-numbered years featuring sessions on the latest ERB and NLRB decisions, an Arbitrator Panel, and other topics. If you are not on the mailing list and you would like to be notified of upcoming events, you will need to opt in to our email list at the bottom of the page.
The Maggie Awards
Every fall, usually in November, Oregon LERA also selects and honors labor, management, and neutral practitioners who have been nominated and chosen based upon their outstanding reputation and experience in the field.
Membership
An annual membership in Oregon LERA is just $40 for the calendar year. You can join or renew at the Membership page and pay online with your credit card. If you have any questions about the membership process, don’t hesitate to email us at oregonlerachapter@gmail.com.
The chapter has been affiliated with the National LERA (formerly IRRA) since 1978.
