Meetings

The 75-member chapter meets on the third Tuesday of the month, several times a year for dinner and program at various locations. This provides an opportunity to network while exchanging ideas and keeping informed of new trends and developments in labor relations, and employment and labor law.

About LERA

The Labor and Employment Relations Association is a singular organization of professionals interested in industrial relations and employment relations. All LERA chapter members have been granted affiliate status of the national organization, and receive benefits such as national LERA eNewsletters and access to online LERA publications. LERA was founded in 1947 as the IRRA (Industrial Relations Research Association), but changed our name in 2005.

The New York Capital Chapter has been affiliated with national LERA since 1967.
