Hi
I was registered, and others from my organization were registered as part of my ‘party’.
They have not received any email communication from LERA and aren’t able to pre-register for their chosen sessions.
Can they still sign up, or do we need to re-register them individually?

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear they haven’t received confirmations. I am happy to help this get resolved. I see that a group registered with you.

It is possible they are not seeing their emails because the emails were sorted into the “Others” email inbox (as opposed to a “Focus” inbox — this new Outlook design seems to be tripping us up a little!). They may also want to check their spam inboxes.

Each registrant is able to select their own sessions but the individual confirmation numbers are required for event access. In fact, they can join any session they choose once they enter the event website on Thursday and Friday.

I hope this helps!
