|The Videoconferencing Task Force Committee (VTF) is pleased to announce the next session of our Office Hours 2.0, beginning on Monday, July 13, at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern). In “Witnesses via Videoconference,” NAA Member Keith Greenberg will provide a comprehensive discussion of the unique challenges of witness testimony via videoconference, including preparations to avoid technological issues for witnesses, steps to help witnesses arrive at the video hearing with a minimum of hassle, suggested witness instructions and process questions for witnesses, considerations for promoting unaided witness testimony, and troubleshooting technological problems that may arise. An opportunity for small-group discussion will follow.
This is our first session open to advocates as well as arbitrators in the labor-management community. Feel free to invite both advocates and arbitrators by sharing this announcement.
