Who We Are
The Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) is an organization in where professionals interested in all aspects of labor and employment relations network to share ideas and learn about new developments, issues, and practices in the field.
The national organization was founded in 1947 as the Industrial Relations Research Association (IRRA), the national LERA provides a unique forum where the views of representatives of labor, management, government and academics, advocates and neutrals are welcome.

Membership
Dues for regular members costs $40 annually; students are $30; organizations are $100 and cover 4 individuals from the same organization for 4 meetings. The membership year runs from January 1 through December 31.
