A panel discussion by NLRB Region 16 Regional Director Tim Watson, Union attorney Patrick M. Flynn, and Management attorney A. John Harper III discussing recent decisions by the Biden NLRB that change precedent from the Trump NLRB and opine on where the NLRB (and the General Counsel) may be going in the future.  The topics will include concerted activity, independent contractors under the NLRA, NLRB deferral, captive audience speeches, settlement agreements, compensatory damages, and authorization card recognition.
