The global coronavirus pandemic has dramatically impacted organizations and employees in many ways.  From workplace accommodations for people with underlying chronic conditions, age discrimination claims because of the COVID-19 risk factors associated with age, and organizational layoffs necessitated by the economic downturn, complaints are making their way to the CHRO.  Learn more about what employees are alleging, and how employers are responding in this timely program.

Our speakers are Cheryl A. Sharp, Deputy Director of the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and Michelle Dumas Keuler, Human Rights Attorney, CHRO.

This program is being offered at no charge to LERA members and attendees.  CLE will be available.
