Program

During the heart of the coronavirus pandemic, advocates and neutrals had no choice but to hear grievances and mediations virtually. Now that we are more or less back to operating in pre-pandemic ways, should we say “good-bye” to virtual hearings? How well have virtual hearings served employees? How well have they worked for advocates? Moderated by Christine Newhall, Senior Vice President, American Arbitration Association, our panel will offer different perspectives.
