CT Valley LERA is happy to announce its 3rd and final program of 2023. As many of you know, there have been significant developments impacting union and nonunion workplaces. Organizing, petitions, elections, Unfair Labor Practice Complaints and rule changes will all be discussed. Developments at the NLRB also impact public sector workplaces as our State Labor Board often relies on NLRB precedent. Panelists Michal Cass, Officer in Charge, Subregion 34 and Thomas Quigley, Regional Attorney, Region 1 will be presenting and answering questions.
Finally, you will not want to miss out on the opportunity to meet in-person with your colleagues who work in the labor and employee relations realm as we break bread, converse, collaborate and catch up. As an added bonus, CLEs will be granted to eligible participants to help meet your 2023 requirements.
Space is limited to the first 50 who sign up and make payment.
