Program Description

The current coronavirus pandemic may have limited our ability to gather in person, but organizations and unions still have labor contracts to negotiate and labor-management meetings to hold.  How can union leaders and management create that “across the table” dynamic when everyone appears on the same screen?  How do you make sure all voices get heard?  How do you manage caucuses?  How should proposals be shared?

Please join our panel of experts representing labor, employees and management to hear best practices for this timely discussion.  The panel will be moderated by Nicole Bernabo, Assistant General Counsel,  NA Law Group, Henkel Corporation.

Panelists representing labor/employees:

Barbara Collins, Law Offices of Barbara Collins – represents employees in employment discrimination and labor matters

Gail McKinnley-Anderson: 25 years as CEA UniServ rep;  past 6 years Labor Consultant for Administrator Groups and Advocate Arbitrator under TNA.

Sue Fulleton: CEA UniServ Rep, Waterbury region

Panelists Representing Management:

Natalie DiNatale, Robinson & Cole – represents employers in unionized environments in a variety of industries
