The coronavirus pandemic has caused multiple challenges in the workplace. Employers are legally obligated to provide a safe work environment and have had to pivot quickly as a result of governmental mandates and new information regarding best practices. They are grappling with vaccine mandates, mask mandates, vaccine incentives, hiring incentives, ADA and religious exemptions and other changes in working conditions. What terms must be bargained? What can a union do to support their members as these changes get discussed and implemented? Please come to our first VIRTUAL program of the year to find out!
Our panel of speakers include:
Daniel E. Livingston of Livingston, Adler, Pulda, Meiklejohn and Kelly. Attorney Livingston serves as the chief union negotiator for the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition
Frank Cassetta, General Counsel of the State Board of Labor Relations
Attorney Kyle Mohr, Division of Advice, National Labor Relations Board
Our panel will be moderated by Arbitrator Lee Williamson.
A video recording will become available to Connecticut Valley LERA members after the event; please check the members’ only video archive following the event.
