OCTOBER 20, 2020

Our Speakers are Attorney Catherine Burgett of Frost Brown Todd LLC and Attorney Brian Eastman of Ohio Education Association.

Now more than seven months into the COVID-19 pandemic, employers are continuing to navigate a host of legal issues related to demands for employee health and safety. Our speakers, representing labor and management interests, will share their insights on how the pandemic is continuing to affect labor-employment relations on a variety of issues ranging from Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations to Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) requests to Workers Compensation claims, as well as sharing how new law passed in response to the virus, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) is playing out in our area. Extended time will be provided for questions and answers.
